SwapLoader Introduces the New SL-110 Hooklift

The new SL-110 hooklift is designed for Class 4–6 trucks with 12,000 lb lift capacity and body lengths from 9’–13’, complementing the recently released SL-112.

SwapLoader has announced the launch of the SL-110 hooklift, a new non-CDL hooklift system engineered for Class 4–6 light-duty trucks. The new model is designed to help fleets, contractors, and waste operators expand their capabilities while operating within non-CDL weight limits.

Built for 9’–13’ bodies, the SL-110 delivers 12,000 lb lift and dump capacity while maintaining the durability and performance that operators expect from SwapLoader equipment. The unit’s compact footprint makes it an ideal solution for applications where maneuverability and flexibility are critical.

The SL-110 comes standard with SwapLoader’s patented adjustable jib, allowing operators to easily handle multiple container lengths and improve operational efficiency. The unit is also compatible with optional patented U-Locks, providing additional container securement for demanding hauling applications.

As demand for non-CDL vocational trucks continues to grow across industries, the SL-110 provides a versatile solution for businesses looking to increase productivity without adding CDL driver requirements. The system is well suited for applications including:

The primary difference between the two models is capacity and body compatibility:

• SL-110: 12,000 lb lift/dump capacity with body lengths from 9’–13’
• SL-112: Higher 14,000 lb lift/dump capacity designed for longer bodies and heavier-duty light/medium applications

This alignment allows distributors and fleets to easily select the right hooklift system based on truck class, body length, and lifting requirements, while maintaining common features and operational familiarity.

The SL-110 also replaces the SL-105 in the SwapLoader lineup, further strengthening the company’s offering in the light-duty hooklift category.
