SwapLoader is Hiring A Product Engineer 1

SwapLoader is excited to announce that we are expanding our engineering team and are now hiring a Product Engineer I. This role is an important addition to our organization as we continue to strengthen product performance, support innovation, and enhance our competitive advantage in the market.

The Product Engineer I position is an engineering support role that works closely with both engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver technical solutions and drive continuous improvement across our product line. This individual will play a key role in executing engineering changes, supporting product development, and contributing to the testing and validation of new and existing products.

A primary focus of the role is product improvement. The Product Engineer I will execute design updates in alignment with established processes, create and revise manufacturing drawings, and assist in the planning and development of new products. This hands-on work ensures that SwapLoader continues to deliver durable, high-performing solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

In addition, this role provides critical support to quality and manufacturing efforts. Responsibilities include conducting root cause analysis, participating in technical process audits, and contributing to design for manufacturability initiatives. Through these efforts, the Product Engineer I helps enhance efficiency, improve product quality, and support overall operational excellence.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with a preference for mechanical engineering, and 0–5 years of experience. Ideal candidates will have experience with CAD software—preferably Autodesk Inventor—along with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
