Brand Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions
By applying to or participating in the SwapLoader Brand Ambassador Program (“Program”), you (“Ambassador”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Participation is voluntary and subject to approval by SwapLoader.
Program Overview
The SwapLoader Brand Ambassador Program is designed to build authentic partnerships with real end users who actively use SwapLoader equipment in their daily operations. Ambassadors help showcase real-world applications, performance, and professionalism associated with the SwapLoader brand.
Acceptance into the Program is at the sole discretion of SwapLoader and may be limited in number, geography, or duration.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Program, applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Actively use SwapLoader equipment in a legitimate business or professional capacity
- Operate in a manner consistent with professional standards and industry best practices
- Maintain a public-facing presence suitable for brand representation
SwapLoader reserves the right to request verification of equipment ownership or usage.
Ambassador Responsibilities
As a SwapLoader Brand Ambassador, you agree to:
- Represent SwapLoader in a professional, honest, and respectful manner
- Share authentic photos, videos, or testimonials featuring SwapLoader equipment in real-world use
- Avoid false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about SwapLoader products
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform-specific guidelines (including FTC disclosure requirements, where applicable)
- Clearly disclose your ambassador relationship with SwapLoader when required
Ambassadors are not required to post on a fixed schedule unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Content Usage & Rights
By submitting content to SwapLoader (including photos, videos, written testimonials, or other media), the Ambassador grants SwapLoader a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute such content for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.
- SwapLoader may use content across digital, print, social media, advertising, and website platforms
- Credit will be given where reasonably possible
- Submitted content will not be returned
Ambassadors confirm they own the rights to the submitted content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Compensation & Perks
Participation in the Program does not guarantee compensation.
Potential perks may include, but are not limited to:
- Product discounts
- Branded merchandise
- Early access to new products or releases
- Featured marketing opportunities
All perks are offered at SwapLoader’s discretion and may change, pause, or end at any time.
Independent Relationship
Ambassadors are independent participants and are not employees, agents, or representatives of SwapLoader.
Participation in the Program does not create:
- An employment relationship
- A partnership or joint venture
- Authority to bind SwapLoader to any agreement
Ambassadors may not represent themselves as speaking on behalf of SwapLoader in an official capacity.
Code of Conduct
SwapLoader reserves the right to remove any Ambassador from the Program for behavior including, but not limited to:
- Misrepresentation of SwapLoader products
- Unprofessional, unethical, or unsafe conduct
- Content that is offensive, discriminatory, or harmful to the brand
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
Termination may occur without notice and without obligation for further perks or compensation.
Program Termination
SwapLoader may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
Ambassadors may withdraw from the Program at any time by providing written notice to SwapLoader.
Upon termination, SwapLoader retains the right to continue using previously submitted content as outlined in Section 4.
Limitation of Liability
SwapLoader is not responsible for:
- Any costs, expenses, or liabilities incurred by the Ambassador
- Personal injury, property damage, or loss related to equipment use
- Third-party platform actions or account restrictions
Participation in the Program is at the Ambassador’s own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which SwapLoader is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Agreement Acknowledgment
By submitting an application and participating in the SwapLoader Brand Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
